On Saturday, Coco took Reserve.  On Sunday, she took Winner's Bitch and Best of Winners for her FIRST MAJOR of 3 points!

We did not enter the Seattle Dog Show this year, but we did help out at the Meet the Breed booth for our lovely club.  The Cavaliers of Puget Sound put up the booth every year and this is our second year in a row representing the breed.  Coco was by far the most animated Cavalier there and did a great job greeting all those who came to admire her.

Today Coco took Winners Bitch twice in Albany, OR for 4 points, wonderfully handled by Julia Johns, and one of the times she even got Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex! What a team! 

I am beyond thrilled, being so heavily pregnant I just was not able to show Coco myself anymore.  I knew we were getting close to our first points because of the last two shows I handled Coco in.... we got Best Black and Tan in Show at a CKCSC show, and then Reserve Winnter's  Bitch at a FIVE point major specialty show.

Great news, we saw an ophthalmologist and a cardiologist today after Susan handled Coco in the ring (no placement, darnit!) and she is eye and heart clear for another year.  Oh yeah   We will take health over show results any day.
